May Favourites

A month has passed by and new loves appear again. What did strike me, I don't have a lot of favourites. I frequently went for the one colour eyeshadow look and let my face breathe with light things. I wanted to keep my make up as low key as possible with the hot days that we had.

Also not a lot of skincare because I'm allergic to practically everything my skin touches.

Therefore, I have for you 5 products in my monthly faves.

As you can see I don't have a lot of products.
And the overload here is Essence products, so lets start with one of those.

First up I have for you a well loved palette called the All About Nude palette. As the name says it has all nude colours in there and they are not all shimmer, which I like.

The palette is super handy to create the easiest eyelooks which only take one or two minutes and you are good to go. I normally go for the upper and lower shade in the middle.

Second product is the Essence my Skin Mattifying Cream. Super affordable and great product itself.

I wrote a review about this recently, find out more here. It sinks into your skin really quickly and you need a really small amount to cover a whole face. Great product for oily skin or combination skin type.

Up next I have a re-found love. The dream fresh BBcream by Maybelline. I know I have it but always kept it aside because it doesn't give me a lot of cover.

Something has changed my mind because I love it. I use it with a good concealer to cover imperfections and above that use this BBcream. You can't go wrong there.

Another great thing in my favourites I have been neglecting for months now, but during the sunny days this was the only lipproduct to be found on my lips: Nyx Butter Gloss in Strawberry Parfait.

The formula is super creamy and really moisterizing for the lips. Even though it is a gloss, the product is really pigmented and perfect for giving your lips colour but not to overpowering.

Lastly I have for you a powder. The Essence all about matt Fixing Compact Powder. Which is a matt translucent powder.

I have loved this product for a really long time now and I still do. It is easy to work with ánd it actually works. It mattifies and this is what I need during the day.

Ét voila, there are my monthly favourites. Not a lot but real faves.
