Rimmel: 24h Super Curler Mascara

If there is a brand that I usually get disappointed about when it comes to their mascaras it must be Rimmel. They somehow never get it completely right. Though a lot of people seem to like them.

I still wanna try all of their newbies to maybe find that one, better than a great Rockin' Curves mascara. The search isn't over.

This newest bee is called the 24h Super Curler and costs around 14 euros. What attracted me to this mascara is the curling part and the lovely packaging.

It has this lovely purple tube and golden writing on there. Also the top is detailed with some swirls. 

Opening the tube you get a fluffy, curved wand. Usually these type of wands work really well for me. 

However this one, I am not to impressed about. For a first application the only noticeable is that your lashes were coated with a nice intense black formula. 

This mascara needs a lot of work to create a decent look. And eventually I am not liking the outcome either. It is just not enough to make your eyes pop and stand out like you are wearing fake lashes.

And at the end of the day the mascara held its curl fine (won't do 24h though) but has smudged pretty bad on me. 

Overall thought: Nope, I don't like it. It does not do what I want a mascara to do. It doesn't apply well and needs work to get an okay result. It won't last you those 24h and on me, it smudges. Disappointment.
