Catrice: Eye'Matic Eyepowder Pen

Even though you love make up, easiness, sometimes that is all you want in the morning! Eyeshadowcreams, shadowsticks, etc ... Catrice created a new sort of shadowstick. Eyepowder pens.

I was really excited when I got the news that they would come out and I had to put these easy looking pens to the test.

The Eye'Matic sticks come in 6 different colours and I picked 3 of those. Which are a cream, brown and mauve shade.

The pencils feel fairly on the cheap side but look quit nice because of the details that the pens have. On the lid are the names of the colours and also on the bottom.

The actual colour distributor is in the lid. However because of that the pencils get dirty rather fast. 

Coming to swatch and try these colours, they seem fairly pigmented. The sponge makes them blend easily. Though you sill need your fingers to make them blend seamlessly.

After a day of wear I am not close to being pleased. They are not really there anymore. They completely creased and my eyelids have become really oily. Also watching these for only a couple of minutes they don't hold up at all.

Overall thought: At first sight they seem really easy and quick to use but the outcome is not good. Not made for oily eyelids! They don't last at all and crease up fairly instantly. Shame because they would be handy otherwise.
